The Power of Tropidacris dux



Tropidacris dux is a rechtvleugelig insect of the family Romaleidae associated with the locusts and crickets.
The grasshopper has green to yellowish wings and legs and head. The hind wings, to be operated are orange in color. The nymphs are black with bright yellow horizontal stripes. With a wingspan of 18 inches, this species is one of the largest insect in the world. The grasshopper is sometimes shot down by hunters who hunt birds.

Tropidacris dux occurs in South America and can be a pest in some crops grown by man, such as banana . (c@wikipedia)
